Agreement of Use

Fairy3 is the service which redfox, Inc. (redfox as follows) manages.
You have to read and understand this Agreement that governs Customer's access to and use of the Service.

Agreement of Use
1. Outline of Fairy3
Fairy3 (this service as follows) is user input type translation support service that red Fox provides.

2.Observance of Agreement
2-1.This agreement is applied to all users who use this service,
and the user assumes to observe this agreement.
2-2.It is considered that the user agreed by using this service according to the description of this agreement for use.
2-3.When this agreement is revised according to providing “4.Change in this agreement”,
the user assumes the one to observe the agreement after it is revised.

3.Permission
The user that only use this service according to this agreement is assumed to be permitted by redfox,
and it is assumed that all rights related this service belong to redfox or the copyright holder on the website.

4.Changes in this Agreement
redfox is always possible to change, stop and discontinue the service without notifying the user when we judge to need them.

5.Negations and Exemption Clause of Guarantee
5-1.redfox doesn't guarantee the following matters of this service or linked websites at all.
i. Utility, adaptability, completeness, accuracy, safety, legitimacy and the latest, etc
ii. Satisfy the request of user
iii. No causing of trouble, the bug or any error, and No defect.
iv. Not include the harmful computer virus.
v. Not to violate the third-party right by translation sentences of user input, evaluation input,
and registration of linked websites.

5-2.redfox doesn't assume the responsibility at all when user gets damage with using this service or linked websites, or unusable this service.

5-3.redfox doesn't assume the responsibility at all about the virus damage that cannot be prevented by the usually anti-virus,
an extraordinary natural phenomenon, a stop of service according to excessive access,
and unavoidable accidents.
redfox assumes no guarantee that this information in this service is not deleted and changed by these inevitability.

6.Principle of Self-Discipline
redfox doesn't assume the responsibility about that user is assumed to use this service or linked websites by self-disciplines,
and when user causes damage to other user or third party, compensate their damage with own responsibility and cost.

7.Copyrights
7-1.Copyrights of sentences that user contribute to this service (including the rights to provide to Article 27 and Article 28 of Copyright Law)
and other rights belong to redfox.
7-2.The contributor assumes the one that the writer personal right concerning the comment of the self is not exercised at all to redfox.

8.Prohibited Activity
8-1.redfox prohibits doing the act that corresponds to the following acts the user or might correspond in this service.
i. Act of writing harmful computer program or transmitting.
ii. Act of reverse engineering, analyzing, and modification of program.
iii. Act of injustice accessing this service or prototype.
iv. Act of disturbing this service or prototype.
8-2.redfox prohibits contributing sentence that correspond in the following the user or might correspond in this service,
and also prohibits registering the site that corresponds as follows or might correspond as linked Web sites.
i. When it contradicts the law.
ii. When it contradicts the public order and standards of decency.
iii. When it aims at criminality or the crime is promoted.
iv. When it infringes on other users or third party’s property, trust, honor and privacy.
v. When it contains the information of other users or third party’s privacy.
(Including name, mail address, address, telephone number and other contact information of originally unpublished others.)
vi. When it infringes on other users or third party’s intellectual property right. (Including the copyrights, the patent, the utility model right, rights of design, the trademark right, and know-how, but it might be extended)
vii. When it slander other users or third party.
viii.When it gives the disadvantage to other users or third party.
ix. When it gives the matter that goes against the fact or false.
x. When it is judged that the minor has the adverse effect.
xi. When it is for introduction or advertisement of commodity.
xii. When it violate the Public Office Election Law
xiii.When it misrepresents redfox.
xiv. When it injures redfox’s confidence.
xv. When it disturbs the management of this service.
xvi. When redfox judges inappropriate.

9.Changes and Interruption of this Service
redfox might change or interrupt temporarily this service without prior notification to user,
but user agree to this, and redfox doesn’t assume the responsibility at all, even if the disadvantage or dame is caused in the user.

10.Responsibility of redfox.
The responsibility of redfox is assumed to be limited to direct and usual damages for this service or use of linked Web sites or damage caused by
impossible use without redfox’s deliberate or gross negligence even if redfox assumes the responsibility.

11.Proper Law and Jurisdiction
The proper law of this agreement for use is assumed to be Japanese Law, and all disputes concerning this agreement for use make Tokyo District Court the first trial exclusive mutual agreement jurisdiction court.
